282teq is a Swiss specialist in financial data, analytics and regulatory technology. The company did not begin with a generic consulting proposition or a software product looking for a use case. It grew around a long-term engagement with a Swiss bank and the need to solve complex real-world data and regulatory problems inside a financial institution.
That origin still shapes the company today: 282teq works at the intersection of financial institutions, regulation, geopolitics, quantitative analysis and complex data systems.
We believe complex financial-data problems are best solved by people who understand both the institution and the technology. Technology is selected in response to the problem rather than sold ideologically. Client work is performed with direct senior involvement by the people responsible for understanding, designing and implementing the solution.
Our small-team model is deliberate: clients do not have to move through layers of account management before reaching the people making architectural, analytical and implementation decisions.
The people visible here are the people who engage with the client, understand the problem and contribute to the solution.
